Doina Alexei only retains the information that is necessary to securely and efficiently process your orders and improve your shopping experience with us. We do not save any full credit card or bank account numbers unless with a written approval from you. We will never request a credit card number, checking or bank account number directly via email. If such information is not obtained through our secure eCommerce checkout process and we require additional payment information, we will call you directly on the phone number provided by you. If a phone number is not provided, we will send you an email listing all necessary steps required to complete your order. No orders will be shipped until all payments are received and fully processed without any errors. Although we work with trusted, highly secure third party processing platforms, we do not assume liability for any unforeseen data breaches, security compromises, operational and service errors that are the direct effect of our third party processing affiliates.

Payment and Checkout Terms
All credit card processing is completed through Stripe. To prevent fraud or identity theft we monitor all payment information carefully using a detailed checklist as well as through Stripe’s Radar fraud detection system. We do not store your credit card or bank account information unless we have written permission from you. All payment information is processed through Stripe’s secure platform. No orders will be processed until all payment information is received and processed with no errors. Orders that do not receive a billing/shipping address and an email address/phone number for communication will be placed on hold until all necessary information is provided. Doina Alexei is not liable for any issues or errors related to incorrect payment information, incorrect shipping/billing addresses or incorrect email addresses/phone numbers provided. If such errors do occur, we will make an attempt to contact you and request all the correct, necessary information before your order is processed and shipped.
